Barclays Priority Circle Charges Fraud

Sir,

I am using Barclay Times Card.

Few days ago, I got a call form Barclay Customer Care and they ask the details of my Credit Card for the

one of the service i.e. Barclay Priority CIRCLE for no charge and even i got the confirmation call from Barclay which I clearly say "If i have to pay any money then I don't need any service". Even though the services is activate on my card without my confirmation and the charges are debit to my card for Rs. 6000 plus the service charges. I even call customer care and I get to know that they had done some quality testing on the call and So the service can not be deactivated.

I want to tell you again I clearly say I don't need any service if I have to pay any money.

Please let me know what should I do next.
