Reverse Fees of BPC

Sir,

A few days back I received a call from Barclay Priority Circle claiming for great packages for free of cost and I had informed them that am NOT interested in the offer. Yet still I got a confirmation call for the same offer but this time with charges of Rs. 6000/- and I had strongly said to them a Strict NOOOOOOO. Even after all this they have sent me a statement of Rs. 6000/- service tax.

On contacting them they claim to have reheard the "Confirmation call" recordings & further claim that i had given the consent for the same. I had asked them to reveal the recordings in public & they say it can't be done.

I have also sent them a mail asking them to revert the charges.

I have forwarded the same complaint to the Indian Consumer complaint forum. I wish to extend my complaint to the RBI

I have also stated to launch an FIR against the bank regarding the same

Kindly look into this matter ASAP
