Cancellation of priority cirle

Sir,

I have requested for the cancellation of my credit card and the cancellation of the priority circle. But it was not cancelled and the charging money and telepphonically harrashing me.

I have not used the credit card and I have not yet activated it since it was lost.

Please let me know what can I do.
