Harassed by Barclays Bank

Hi,

I am being harassed by Barclays Bank everyday. They call me on my landline everyday 3-4 times asking me about the due payment. They are looking for some one else, I dont even have a Barclays Bank Card or dont use any of their service.

I have been receiving their calls for the last 2 months and they keep calling me asking for the same person who does not exist & i have told them many times there is no one by the name of the person that they are looking out for.

Your suggestions will be appreciated..Do i lodge a police complaint or do i file a case in the Consumer court please suggest??
