Dear Sir,

I have taken Personal Loan from Barclays Bank last year, i am regularly paying EMI for the same.

But on Tuesday (17.11.2009) one person came to my House at around 8.00 P.M & asking me for Payment. After asking, He told me that your cheque was bounce therefore we came to collect the money. Also it should be noted that this person does not belongs do barclays Bank but some consultancy which barclays Bank is Hiring to collect the money (BHAIGIRI).

I am paying the EMI on regular basis but i have not received a single statement from the bank for this payment. bank also not even bother to give any call after asking whether they have communicated this to me.

Then they immediately couriered one Notice saying your cheque was bounce & asking for Rs.552.00 as late payment charges which is almost half of my EMI & Most Shocking thing they have Put 10.11.2009 date on notice which i received on 20.11.09

really fed up with this kind of treatment from Barclays Bank.

they should get Punished for this kind of treatment with the customer.
