Arclays bank is total fraud

Used barclays bank credit card for once and made the whole payment last year but now thay have started sending me letters that i have an outstanding amount of rs 20965 and i need to pay it. but i have not used the card for past one year. the representatives regularily call me and ask for the payment but i am very upset with this fraud.
