Disturbing phone calls

I received phone call from 91 44 64589045 to my mobile number 91 9444044719 on 09 July around 12:17 Hrs. The lady who called said she is from Barclays bank and offered to avail loan. When I refused the loan the lady started to speak indecently to me. Please advice the action to be taken against the bank and the person.
