Barclays bank Credit card
Without forwarding statement just going on charging charges

I have issued barclays bank credit card on Sept 08. First time I used credit card in Oct 08 I not recieved my statement in NOV they charged me Rs 50 for this in month of Dec 08. Second time I purchased movie tickets of Rs 170 this time also I have not recieved my statement I missed the due date they charged me Rs 572. I paid my outstanding of 170 & request them to reverse the charges but they continously going on charging now it has became around Rs 3500. I called them 7 to 8 times asking for statement but they told me that no one has accepted the statement at home but it isn't true no one has came to my house. I am literally being frustrated of Barclays bank services. I have requested for hard copy of statement while applying for credit card as I don't get a time to go to Cyber. I just want to suggest everyone not to take any product of stupid bank like Barclays. Be aware of Barclays Bank.
