We have purchase cootling tower Model3832 GRP cooling tower from Paharpur, from inception, company is careless firsly they have not deliverd equipment in time, secondly wrong product sent by them, and finally defective motor was sent. after vigorous followup their technician has visited and went unreplying to our complaint again after strong follow up & mails tehy have replied that mater is mishandeled by us that is why the shaft of moter is bend. to our surprise the motor was unpacked & kept on its frame only after their confirmation under owners supervision.and as on date the equipment is idle uninstalled.

this shows how company takes customers to ride after taking complete payments.
