Cheating

Hi

I have a Barclays credit card. They had come up with a Pririoty circle Scheme where they promised some travel vouchers and Trolley bag. The charge for the scheme was INR 5618. I agreed and paid for the same in May. However till today i have received nothing from them. I have followed up through mail and Phone to their Priority circle Yet they have only false assurances and no action. I Feel cheated. I requested them to reverse the charge since it was more than 6 months and there was no action from them. They Blutly refused to do so. I beleive Barclays is a Biggest cheater in the Credit card market. Further I dropped a Cheque recently in the drop box designated by them much before the due date. They claim that they have not received the cheque and they charged me penalty. I beleive Barclays is prcaticing Unfair trade practices and cheating the Public
