Reversal of pririty circle charges

Hi,

My name is Vipin Sharma. I was using the paltinum card and my card number is:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4945

In a bill statement generated on November 24, a charge for Rs 6000 741.60 was added mentioning it as a "BARCLAYCARD PRIORITY CIRCLE FEE". I didn't want that membership. I made the complaint in the regard in the same itself when i recieved the statement. I called at the customer care several times but got no relief.

Seeing the poor behaviour of executives, i stopped payment. Now i am getting 10-12 calls everyday and i have told executives that i am ready to make the payment after the reversal of that amount.

But still it seems that nobody is taking this seriously. I am feeling harrassed by the behaviour of the executives.

Kindly take the immediate action to solve this as soon as possible.

I once again iterates that i'll immediately make the payment, once after getting assurance for reversal.
