COLLECTING EXTRA MONEY

My name is anisha. i had taken a loan of 3 laks from the above said bank. till date iam pay it correct. now i have resigned my job hence my salary account is closed. hence i requested them to close my ecs and requested for a collection agent to come and collect the emi or i said i would dorp a cheque in their drop box. but there did not agree for it and are threating me to open a new bank account and give them the cheques for it. right now i am not working as i had a baby. but they r forcing me to open a bank account. or else they will collect the bounce charges every month. which is 460.00. this is not fare. please help me. already i have to pay 5 lks for getting 3 lks loan. please me.
