What can i do???

I have got the below mail, in which i have won lottery and i have to pay 20, 000INR for Cost of Transfer. I have given my bank and personal details as my bank a/c no. also. Please tell me is this true or fraud. Are they do any misuse of my a/c no. or details .plz reply as soon as possible
