Barclays bank Savings Account
Charges deducted from my a/c without informing me

I am having savings account with Bacrclays bank, Nehru Place branch, New Delhi.

On this May, 05 they decuted - from my account without informing me. When I called the barclays customer care then they informed me that this has been deducted as a service charge (account maintenance).

When I opened my savings account with them approx 1.5 years back then not informed me about this.

My main concern is that I not received any SMS/Mail from their side that they are going to debited this money from my account. I was having that money for some other purpose.

Please do the needful.
