Hi
I have been using the barclays card since january.when i applied for the card i was told different schemes on the card.i recieved the card and i confirmed all the schemes on the card from the customer care, the customer care is so rubbish, they dont even know how to talk to a customer.i dont know how many times i have got false promises from the bank.there are many late charges reversals which need to be done but bank is not interested in replying as well.i have written so many mails and called customer care so many times but what answer i always get is we have forwaded the case to the head office and head office will contact you as soon as possible but i haven't got any reply from the bank. I am very much fedup with the services of barclays.
