Showing false bill of 6000 rs for priority circle membership which has not been taken

I hold a Barclay's credit card. I have been using the card for some time and making all the payments before the due date. Around 3 months back I got a bill of around 6000 rs for being a member of PRIORITYCIRCLE.

I have never asked for any such membership but still this is being forced on me and I am regularly being harassed by the Barclay people for making the payment, though I have repeatedly told them that I have not asked for any such membership but still they are not ready to listen.

They say that they have got some voice recording as proof that I have asked for such membership on the basis of which they are making such call. While I have not asked for any such membership.

It would be really kind if you can help me resolve this problem because every day they are unnecessarily calling and troubling me.
