Charges for Late payment

Hi,

I am Manish a customer of your bank holding credit card 4339 4874 0245 5870. As per the bill generation for the month of April my due date was on May 2 usually I drop the cheque 5 days prior to it unfortunately the bank has received on May 6. Due to which a late payment and finance charge was charged to me. I clearly intimated that what ever the amount that I need to pay from my end as been done. It’s now around 5 months from that period I am getting calls stating that there is an outstanding of 5600 where I did not use a penny in it. If I was such a customer then I wouldn’t have paid the actual amount too.

I request the bank authorities to reverse all the charges charged to me and let me know if there is any payment need to be done from my end for my purchases. It’s becoming a real headache for me. Hope you people would consider and do the needful.
