Enrolment in Barclays priority circle without my wish

Hi,

My name is Santosh Kumar and my Barclays card number is 4339 4819 4514 3358. One day I received a call from Barclays telling you are selected for Barclays Card Priority Circle. You'll have to pay around INR 4, 500. I asked for complete document (Hard Copy). Once I go through the document and understand everything, only then I will be enrolled.

They directly enrolled me without my wish and charged me in my latest account statement (I still have not got any document regarding Barclays Priority Circle). I complained the same to Barclays with Email Refno: 99090609610194. They have simply deceived me.
