PATHETIC SERVICE!! NO BETTER WORDS TO DESCRIBE!

Here`s just a little brief up on the wonderful "Barclays card "coming to India. I have never in my life encountered such lousy sevice. I recieved a call from Barclays a month a ago and they said " congatulations!! " you have been shortlisted to recive a card from Barclays., and they said they`d be sending someone across to collect the documents and to please stay home for verification . gave me a day and time very professionally. and not one turned up. called up again and the same drill was repeated.then again a few days back i got a call form their so calle exicutives. and three different people called SONAL/ NITIN and some one else called and confirmed the same day for me and asked me to keep my documents ready..HOW PROFESSIONAL!! no one turned up again!! in one month atleat 20 calls and no follow ups.. that`s Barclays card for you!! And the customer service has absolutely no idea what they are talking about .all they say is Sorry ma`am!! errr... thats it. IF this is the service they provide before presenting your their wonderful cards and offers, what it going to be like later. www.dinarikhye.com
