NOT GETTING STATEMENT AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING REVERSAL

I HAVE FORWARD THIS MAIL TO THE MANAGER OF BARCLAYS CARD BUT NOT GOT ANY FEEDBACK.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS COMPLAINT AND TRY TO RESOLVE IT.
Dear Sir,
This is Kanayalal Karamchandani. BARCLAYS CARD NO : 4339 4821 9534 9760.
I am not getting the statement since the January Month till today and only getting the fake confirmations about getting of statement from next months.
The actual Purchase on my card balance is not more than 1000rs Also. but in the seek of getting the statement on time on address the payment was not done because of the reason mentioned.
So till date i am not using the card also and not getting the statements also, so i request you to solve this matter by looking into this and provide the reversal for the same.
And i am dishearted from your services which i was expecting from your bank, so now i am giving choice to you that if you want to keep active my card then keep it or else take the payment and deactivate the card and close the account.
As your customer care executive's are taking in such a way which is not suitable for them & not suitable to listen to us. As your bank sales agents are calling to customers again n again for issuing the cards, we customers doesnt call the bank and ask for the call, you can see in my records.
Please solve this issue as early as possible and kindly look into this matter seriously
