Barclays credit card and their services

Some one from Mumbai called me and offered a loan of Rs.16500/- where they will take confirmation over a phone subject to receipt of all relavant hard copy of documents (rate of interest, amount of load, loan period, emi etc.,). Till now, I have not received any amount or DD from Barclays and they sent the statement for making payment against the above amount.

I suggest you all to not to entertain this Bank's credit card.
