Wrong late payments charges

I bring to your kind notice that I m again facing lot of problems from Barclays Customer care staff, from last 20 days, daily i m receiving calls from mumbai for making the payment and i m again and again ensure them that i made the payment of my purchase and balance was some wrong payment amount (till now it becomes Rs. 4527/-) which was charged in type of late fees, etc, which doesn't belongs to me...
I made the payment on regular basis of that amount which i used for purchasing... but dont know how my account was not updated on regular basis... some time i contact customer care also and told them about this update problem of my account... they said ok this will not happend again, and all your wrong charges was reimbused in ur next statement... but action has been taken frm bank side regading this problem...
Earlier, i used to receive calls from Barclays bank that I was the premium customer, and last year i won diamond pendant also in some scheme from bank side... But dnt know what happend this time to Bank, I think they charged the amount of that pendant from customer in type of late fees, etc...
I m shocked when i got to know that my credit limit was also reduced to Rs. 10k which i see in my statement today... this is really very embarrasing...

honour definitely will help me in this matter seriously and tell me how to adjust the amount...
