Doing wrong commitments

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I was using Barclays credit card no. 4339 4840 5318 5781. since last one year in Nagpur. Barclays dont have any bank in Nagpur for their payment. They cant send any collection executive for their payment. only they have given facility of cheque drp box. which was very difficult for me. since last six months i am contacting barclays bank to send their executive for payment when outstanding amount was less than Rs. 1800. they have sent their Executive for collection after six months when the outstanding amount was more than Rs.5000.00.

I have done payment of Rs.1800.00 on 11/12, on the commitment barclays customer care that I will get NOC after payment of Rs.1800.

Now they all were Refusing to give me NOC & Calling me 10 times a day for the remaining payment.

So please do the needfull I am not ready to do the payment & want NOC from the Barclays Card. I am having recorded proof of their executives commitment.
