This is the worst bank I have ever seen. The numbers given in the statement are not reachable and they dont reply to the mails also. Here are the details

For the first time I used the card I didnt get the statement and there is no pt of contact in hyderabad. When I got call from customer care I immediately paid them full amount. At that time they said there will be no late payment charges. But from 2nd statement I am getting it as late payment fee. I immediately called them not reachable and also mailed them no reply. Now its almost 5th month they are calling me daily and i explained each and everyone but they are asking me to pay the amount. As the mistake is from the bank side I dont want to pay a single pennny.

So please help me out from this.
