Unnecessary Bank Charges and Threating over phone

Dear Sir,
I'm very sorry to inform you that I did a blunder by taking credit card of your company of above no. 4339501980563382
I have a habit of paying all dues on due date at once. I have never paid any part amount to any bank.
In Aug'08 I have paid all dues of at once by ch. and dropped in your drop box on due date. Next month when i received my statement i was surprised to see that you have charged me for late payment. When enquired in your customer care they told me that your system is showing that you have received the payment 3-4 days after the due date. She also informed me that sometimes there is some logistic problem in clearing the collection box and thus it happens sometimes and requested me to drop my cheques from next time 4-5 prior to the due date. I requested her to reverse the charges which she told will confirm with her seniors and do the necessary. After that I paid the amount due deducting the bank charges, charged by you and stopped using your card and inform the same to your customer care.
After that also i kept on receving statements and calls with adding charges on charges everymonth. I was pissed off with your this kind of unwarranted way of harrasing me. Then one day on 2nd Jan a lady called me from Braclays and told me she understands the whole issue and informed me that the card a/c. has become invalid she'll not be able to take any request and reverse the charges. She told me my minimum amt due was Rs.290/- and if I pay Rs.190/- to the executive she'll send, she can reverse my all charges and close the issue once for all. After resistance I agreed to finish off this issue. I paid Rs.190/- to your executive Mr. Sudhir Kr. Singh on 3/1/09 vide receipt no. C389176.
Inspite of settling above issue after receiving the money, to my utter surprise you have again started calling me and bothering me and now in a very different threating tone.
Today one Mr. Amol called me from your mumbai office no- 022 42191100 and talked to me very harshly and threatened me.
Though I was trying to explain him, but he was not bothered to listen and was only persisting that i should pay the amount. I wanted to speak to his senior but he refused bluntly to even disclose his name.
I know its difficult to understand the status as to whom your people are speaking over phone. I think you'll have mistaken me as a regular credit card road-side idiot who uses the credit card and tries to run-off. Sorry to inform you that I'm a regular tax payer and law abiding citizen of this democracy. Please educate your staff to understand the opposite person and then react.
In this situation I feel helpless & cheated by such a reputed bank. I request you agian to go through your records, find out the truth and settle the issue once for all and PLEASE STOP BOTHERING ME FOR YOUR MISTAKES. I'm also lodging a complaint against you on Consumer Forum and forwarding this mail to my legal deppt. to deal with.
