Barclays Credit Card
Not used credit card but charged

I have received Barclays credit card without my concern .my card no.4339 4816 6255 1452 .where as i have not used the above said card and i have been charged Rs.11267.45.repeatedly i informed the bank authorities i do not want the card and i can not pay for which i have not utilized. Despite of the above the bank is continuously calling me through bank collection agents. its annoying to me. request you to take proper action against the bank.
