Payment and Dues

Dear Sir,

I am holding a Barclays Credit Card since last 1 yr. In the Month of Aug. 08, I dropped chaque in suggested drop box within due date and bank not processed my chaque in time. B'coz of late processing chaque by bank they added late fee and interest in my balance account. Again in next month same exercise done and late fee interest added. In my last payment (month of Sep. 08) I paid full amonut and appx. Rs. 200.00 extra (without late fee and interest charged by bank). In current days everymonth late fee and interest are adding in my account.

I am getting calls day to day from bankers that "at that time it was bank fault but you need to pay that amount charged by banks (late fee interest)". Also bankers telling me that if I will not pay that required amount (by bank) then they will produce my detail in CIBIL.

Pls. help me for the same.
