Hello

I am very frustrated with barclays credit card collector as they are deaf to understand anything. My brother had some dispute with them on charging some unusual interest and he didn't pay the amount, but the thing is he does not stay with us most of the time due to his job and bad talking terms.

A collector from barclays visits our place almost everyday and argue with us after knowing the mere fact, he even visit on sundays and he thinks he has the right to discuss the matter with everybody in the society trust me i've seen him doing it.

Please assist on this matter asap.
