Cheque Bounced

I have deposited my full due amount cheque before due date and company called me after 10 days of due date that your cheque get bounced due to insufficient fund. I rushed to my bank and cheque fund which was sufficient. I again cotact to company to resubmit the cheque but they deny to resubmit and when I told them to send that cheque back to me and I will deposit the cash or new cheque that is still pending. As the fund was suffiecient how is it possible to bounce back and when they can't deposit it again then why not returning the same to me.

I am very much dissatisfied with the services of company.
