Froud usage of card

I hod a credit card with barclays where there was a froud usage of 6 transaction by shree raj travels amounting 1259 each on 24th of october.2008.

my 1st complain was launched with customer care on 2nd nov. Inspite of me giving several compalins and sending dispute letter they say there was delay in complain .where in the rule say u should launch a complain within 40 days and i did compalin after 7 days but there was no investigation done from bank side.request you to help me out with this my date of birth is 22/3/1983 this will help u out.
