I want to put in on record that Barclays have the most pathetic Credit Card facility & service in the country. Their teams have been taught to only tell false things to their customers.

My card had been blocked by Barclay becoz my payment for the outstanding was delayed by a couple of days...& since then I have been fighting a long one sided battle with them. I have been talking with them to settle the card for the amount for which the card was used, &they have been asking for small amounts so that they can get an approval for the settlement. It has been almost 4-5months that I have been following up for the letter & everytime the email ID has been given to receive the letter, but without vain.

I wish someone would take the matters with Barclays with stern hand.

Somebody please help.
