Mental Harrasment

Sir,

I was using Barclays Credit Cards a Year back My Barclays Credit Cards No: 4339488986616952,

I had taken this cards because i though Barclays being a International Brand will be more customer centric and sensative, but the same turned into on of the Worst decision i had taken, Intial i have made payment to barclays upto Rs 40000/- and i had only Rs 2000 as outstanding in the second usage, when i received my thrid bill my outstanding mentioned on the Bill was Rs 7000/- where i was charged a membership fees of Rs 5000/-, I immediately informed the barclays call center, and requested them to deduct the menbership fees for send me a letter mentioned the same will be cleared form the bill, The Call center exe agreed and promised me to send the letter, But till date i havent received any letter for deducting the Membership fees of Rs 5000/- instead i am being charged for these amount and over and above these Barclays call my residence and use unwanted languages,

I also received a call from on of the person who say " i am a Police Officer Calling from Mumbai" and Delhi police has issued a Warrent on your name and you have to pay your amount in next 1 hr, This is Mental harrasment to me and my family especially to the customer who has already paid Rs 40000/- initially, if i wanted to default i would had defaulted on rs 40000/- and not -,

request you to kindly look into the matter as a customer i am ready to settel my due but the same should be nominal these people are charging extra orbidant that is not possible.

Request you to also take action on these numbers: 09540520321 (who calls himself a Police men from Mumbai) and 020-41068700 (Telecaller from a collection agency who dosent have any manners to speak with the customers)
