Outstanding amount

Hi,

I have used Barclays credit card in Dec for Rs. 300. But unfortunately failed to make payment on time and forgot. Didn't receive any statement from them informing about the outstanding amount till May. The statement that is received in May says that 3000 and odd is outstanding. Called up the customer care and launched a request to reverse the charges as we haven't received any statement but the request was rejected, but still mad a payment of Rs.500 in May. But since then i keep getting sms and statements which keeps on increasing the charges. When i called (customer care) them in October Ist week and informed the same, they launched a complaint and the charges were reversed only till May saying that after May they sent us the statement and so charges cannot be reversed. But when i made a call in May they didn't took this measure. Request you kindly take action on them.
