HI,
I am a Barclay Credit Card user since last 8 months. The customer care for this bank is very very poor. For the first time I got late in making my payment by just 2 days over due. The collections agent started calling my home town instead of my current address twice a day threatening my parents. I have already made my payment and money has been debited from my account. Still collections agents are calling and torturing my parents. I called up customer care for barclays and I spoke to an agent named 'RIZWAN' who was utterly rude. I asked Rizwan if I could speak to a Manager so I could lodge a complaint. But he refused me in plain words and was rude. Said in plain words that he will not at all connect me to a Manager. His Manager name as he told me is 'MANISH' who refused to come over the phone in the first place. I need help to get this thing resolved. Besides making the card payment the collections are torturing my parents in my home town. I want them to call me on my numbers. I am in Gurgaon. My number is 99719 00563. I am very much upset with this Bank.
