False commitments

Was offered the bank credit card by their DSA (email ID:'Samfernandis41@yahoo.com') for a cash back of 5% on which i applied but when i received the statement its never reflected, upon calling the call center they said they were sorry but nothing can be done now you may continue or cancel the card just make sure you clear all your dues before that.
