Payment and statement

They are not sending the statements, even after requesting the customer care. But every month they are charging latepayment cahrges tax, interest tax. It comes nearly Rs.1000/- per month.

Clearly requested with the customer care to send the statement for 3 months. Still now they didn't send the statement, but they are keeping on calling and giving torches to me.
