Barclays Credit Card
Bad Service & Not Give Reversal

Hallo,

Am Anil Vasant Shelar, Stay At Dombivali & i have Taken a Barclays Credit Card. After taken That Card they Call Me & Tell me that they will debit Rs. 5000/- service Tax From My Card & they give me a Big Trolly Bag & Traveling Gift Voucher. After 2 to 3 month still i not Recieve that & When I Call Customer Care They Give Me Some No. & told that call & Give a compmaint there & when i called that No. Either This no. is Busy Or Ringing no-one Recieve that call. When i tell To Bank they not give me suport & told me that i have to pay all Amount of Balance Which i Never Spend & NOt Any Benifit,

So i want to Close that card, Therefore i will not pay any Amount, Because which amount i Spend that is Rs.6600 that i have paid & next amount i will not pay.

So, Finally i have paid my purched amount so i want to close that card.

So Please help me in Closing That Card
