Non Receipt of Statement & no help from Barclays

Dear Barclays

I am not getting the Credit card statement since May-08 neither hard copy nor the soft copy. I have registered the complained 3 times but all time they have asked me that they will send the statement on email in 48 hour. But i am not getting the same. Now i am toatly disappointed with the services you have offered and now i want to terminate the card.
