Collection Department Harresingh a lot

My name is Kiran Gurnani i stay in Mumbai i have a Barclay credit card Last month i was out of town so i was not able to do the payment . and Yestarday we received a call at my home from this number 02267835100 and the person spoke to my mom the person said that he is calling from barclays collection dept and threathend my Mother stating that if your son (thats Me- Kiran gurnani) is not doing the payment in Next 2 days they will send 2 barlclays bank person along with the police at my to collect the money. Due to which which my Mother got scared and she started facing some health problem also. My question is how can a collection dept people can call up harris us in this way
