Priority Circle Membersyhip issue

I have got call from Barclays regarding the Priority Circle Membership. they told my no. is selected for this facility & told me about 4type of facilities but they have not told me that I have to pay Rs 5000/- ST for the membership, I thought that it is the free facility I am getting from Barclays, and later on I spoke to Priority Circle Membership call center & requested to cancel the Priority Circle Membership but they deny to cancel. So I am requesting to Barclays to please cancel the Priority Circle Membership.
