Egaurding proirity circul fees

Dear sir,

this is the complaint against the barclays credit card.

few days back i received a call from delhi saying that my card has been salected for proirity circle and im going to get tourist bag of worth 2000 RS within 2days & am going get a 5% discount on my every purcase .holidy packeges etc.aftre 10days i got a message in my mobile saying that "welcome to barclyas proirity circle your going to get a welcome letter is on its way.pls call on 08041739811if you dont receive the letter in next days" now 10days happen i not received the tourist bag nor the welcome letter.but i received the barclays card statement of rs .6741.6 with due date os 22/10/08 .

sir please register this complaint & suggest me that how can i cancell this fees
