Credit card payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm holding the Baclays Credit Card. I had made the visa payment of Rs. 10, 000 on 9th July but this payment has not relected in my July's credit card statement. I logged a complaint in customer care by giving the RBI reference number. Cutomer care executive told me that they will resolve this issue within 4 working days and will issue a fresh account statement and also told me not to pay the due amounts. Before few days I got a leagal notice and also getting phone calls to make the payment immediately. When I again called up the customer care, they told me that they are still working on the complaint. I'm planning to log the complaint agianst Barclays bank in Consumer Court. Will you please advice me on it?
