Completed my credit card amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

i am completed my credit card amount before three months itself, i have the proof of all payment of money, but your sub agencies members every months they come and ask the money. Then also every months statement was coming my home, in this statement my oustide payment is 32000.please see and revert back to me.
