I have taken a personal loan amounting Rs.1, 00, .000/- from you vide cheque no.065356 of ICICI Bank, dated 04/10, i.e. Barclays Investments & Loans (India) Ltd.at Laxmi Nagar Branch, New Delhi vide Loan Account No. LC011011003464854 dated 04/10 . But i have not received welcome kit and repayment schedule. I have written the same to made your Customer Support Services at barclaysfinance.customerservice@barclays.com but i have not received any document from them. I want to forclose my loan account and in the absence of the same i am unable to find the exact amonut and procedure for the same. Pl. take this urgent one.
