Barcley credit card
Not settleing my account

Dear sir,

My name is Sourav Ray and holding a Barcley credit card no 4339481863507444

my out standing is 14, 356.Actually is so high because of recurring interest rate.

I don't have much money to maintain that credit card as well as EMI interest.

I want to come down to a settlement. I have called several time to customer care and even collection dept. ph no 022-67835100.They are simply misbehaving and treating to make me a bank defaulter.

One person from your out sourcing collection dept went to my home in kolkata and misbehaved over phone for only Rs 600 EMI.

I have told everyone that I want to come to a settlement but you should stop charging every month interest on the existing amount. But they are just made a fun of me and treating me to make me defaulter. I told them that I'll make the current out standing but told them to stop the recurring interest.
