Barcley credit card
Im confused where i have to drop cheque for payment in hyderabad

Im chaitanya and my father is using barcley credit card.as barcley is branch is not opened in hyderabad we r confused where we have to drop the cheque.at the time of applying the executive told us that drop cheques in hcdfcc bank.we did it but they called us and said payment is not received. I told that we have dropped the cheque in the hdfc drop box, they told we have to drop cheque in some skypack services which is located opp to gokul theatre in erragada.but im unable to find the skypack there and im vey confused.please help me.
