Barcleys Persoanl Loan
Interest Rate is charged @26% p.a

Hi,

I have taken 3.5 lac personal loan A/c no. LC011411001164639 in May.

At the time of agreement bank confirmed that they are providing the loan @15.46% p.a reducing rate. At that time i was very needy and not observed properly the Personal Loan Agreement document. And bank has finalised Rs 11802 EMI for 4 Years. I have signed each and every document.

After some time the same amount of Personal Loan I have taken from HDFC bank for 4 Years @15%p.a. And for that i am paying Rs. 9741 every month.

Then I calculate and found that the interest rate that I am paying for Barcley is 26% reducing.

I called to barcley customer care and logged a complain. But no one has respond.

What should i do now???

Please suggest.
