No Proper response and Answer from E.B higher Officials and miss use of Official Powe

I placed a complaint on 28/05/09 at 11 A.M that One Phase is cut No body attended to the problem till

1:30 p.m Only when i went to the E.B office at COLLAGE ROAD and brought the person and payed Rs.100/- to do the work. And again after 5 Minutes the power got cut when again complaint At 2:15 p.m at Nungambakkam E.B office nobody has attended till 5:35 P.M the Problem as till when asked for when we spoke to the A.D (collage road) of the region insted of asking sorry and solving the problem has stated that he is going to creat even more problems to us and has even stated that he is going to take action on us. If this statement said by the A.d Is wrong please take Proper action.
