WRONG LATE FEE CHARGED - WANT RESOLUTION

Please don't use barclay card. I am using different card from last 3yrs. but from last 6 mths i am using barclay card and see the story... the Problem

I have one concern regarding the wrong delay charges added in my credit card account. I do all my payments on time but when asked to customer care they say they are receiving my payment late.

that every bank is charging 300 they charge 600, kindly go through my statement transation

the day i took the card from very 2nd month i did not receive my statement when i asked customer care

they say their mail is showing delivered status, but i did not receive a single statement, and due to that i am paying late fee of 2522.48 against the transation done amount 6699.71, it is nothing less than 37% of the amount i am paying the as late fee, when i asked for the reversal they are saying they don't have the option, now in last month the outstanding was 2399 i paid 2400 to the collection executive, but again this month also the statement shows late fee of 600.
