High interest rate

I was recruited thru the airline to get this card for milage, at the time it looked like a good deal, I used it for purchases and never recieved the bills on time to make the payments on time. I called to let them know this but they never fixed the problem. They then proceeded to charge me a 25pct interest rate. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that no one was available. I closed my acct. I think that Barkley Bank is a very dishonest company That is taking advantage of their customers.
